Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed only after our written communication
showing the total price of the stay and after sending a deposit of 30%
to be made by bank transfer within 3 days from our acceptance.
If the payment is not made on time, the booking is not confirmed.
2. Cancellation
Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
-Until to 60 days before arrival date we will not apply any penalty.
-From 59 to 30 days before arrival date we will retain 50% of the deposit.
-From 29 to 0 days before arrival date we will retain the full amount paid as deposit.
In case of early departure of the guest, for reasons not attributable to the Operator,
nothing is due for the part of stay not enjoyed.
